Our workshops will help you level up in dance.  There is always something to be gained by taking classes from someone you haven’t before. We hire only the best instructors and provide fun material. 

Our competitions are about helping the dancers perfect their skill.  Our panel of judges are experts in all styles of dance.

Contemporary

Contemporary dance combines elements from various dance genres, including classical ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Contemporary dancers often use improvisation to create original movements set to dynamic music or routines. This expression values creativity, innovation, and an emotional connection with the audience.

Jazz

Jazz dance is an energetic, vibrant, and exciting form of dance. It combines elements from various styles such as classical ballet, African and modern jazz. Jazz dancing often features improvisation, meaning dancers can create their moves while following the music and directions their instructors give.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop dance is an energetic street-style dance that is heavily influenced by hip-hop culture. It combines elements of breaking, funk styles, and house dancing with popping and locking, isolations, and body waving to create a unique movement style. Hip Hop dancers often have their signature moves and are recognized for their creative flow.

Acro

Acro dance, also known as acrobatic dance, is a style of performance that combines the grace and beauty of classical ballet with the strength and agility of acrobatics. It typically involves physical feats such as lifts, balances, contortions, and other gymnastics-type skills.

Cheer

Cheer dance, also known as cheerleading or spirit-dancing, is a type of performance art that combines elements of dancing, acrobatics, and gymnastics with complex arm and leg movements. It involves tumbling, stunting, and vocal cheers to create an energizing atmosphere and motivate audiences.

Ballet

This unique artform requires intense physical and mental discipline and much skill. Ballet has been performed in theaters worldwide for centuries, transporting audiences into another world of grace and beauty. To this day, it continues to amaze and inspire people with its intricate technique.

Get to know the
HUSTLE Owner

My name is Randi Carter and I am so excited to bring HUSTLE to the dance world. I have been working in law enforcement for 20 years; but dance has been part of my entire life. Starting HUSTLE has been a goal of mine for many many years. 

I have danced competitively with local studios, was on the high school drill team, the University of Utah Dance Team, and several professional teams. I have coaches/directed studio and professional dance teams and love to do choreography and run auditions/workshops. I was a backup dancer and toured with a record label and was a spokesmodel for a local radio station.

I am a trained dance/cheer judge and have been judging competitions for 20+ years. I also have experience judging drill team competitions and Junior Miss Pageants. I was Mrs. West Jordan 2021 and I ran for the Mrs. Utah title. #fadethefilter

I have an amazing husband and three beautiful boys. We are a big sports family and I stay busy being involved in the youth sports world as well as the school system volunteering to teach classes and help in the classroom. 

I am so excited to be able to share the love of dance with all of you and can’t wait to see you on the floor!! XOXO
